Beautiful, decorative, unusual, rare Art Nouveau silver necklace
by Max Strobl (attrib.), Munich, circa 1912
Handcrafted in a rounded triangular shield shape,
beautiful ornamentation, soldered micro-pearl rim with applied spirals,
3 oval and one smaller round lapis lazuli stones set with very fine soldered silver wires in a spiral shape,
one large and raised spiral,
setting the 3 stones with the finest pearl rim soldering,
Unsigned, I suspect it is a work by Max Strobl, Munich.
Unmarked, tested for at least 800 silver
Very beautiful, elaborate handcraft,
Inscribed on the reverse: Munich 1912
In good, beautiful condition

Height of center piece: approx. 3.88 cm
Width of center piece: approx. 3.58 cm
Height with chain decoration: approx. 6 cm
