Magnificent, large, solid jewelry box by Erhard & Söhne
in the form of a house,
around 1900, gilded in brass,
with different medieval scenes, dancing, celebrating people.
The box is lined with red velvet on the inside.
The compartments for the jewelery are lined with velvet on the outside and silk on the inside.
The key to the box (see photo) with a lion
and inscribed with the initials E.S. (for Erhard & Sons)
The bottom of the box inscribed GG. Leykauf
in a good, beautiful state of preservation
